Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures high-performance disc brake systems. Since the company’s inception in 1977, they have developed a substantial matrix of brake components and engineering techniques that allow them to quickly and reliably create brake systems for almost any application. Their core ability is the rapid development of custom engineered brake systems using a combination of off-the-shelf and custom components.

Handbrake Handles

Wilwood handbrake lever assemblies provide a lightweight, high-leverage component for drift cars, drag race cars and rally cars or any application where hand-actuation of one or more brake calipers is employed. With a lightweight aluminum forged 11:1 ratio “H” beam lever with ergonomic grip in a choice of vertical or horizontal static lever positioning Accepts any vertical flange master cylinder with 2.25” mount centers. Finished in a durable long lasting e-coat finish for corrosion resistance.  

Master Cylinders

Remote Reservoir Compact Master Cylinders are the perfect solution for club sport racers, small open wheel cars, or any other custom application where there is limited space for the master cylinder and fluid reservoir. Aluminum cylinders designed for use with either a detachable or remote fill reservoir. Available in four bore sizes from .625" to .813" with a full 1.4" of stroke to accommodate short pedal ratios, small brake calipers, and hydraulic clutch actuation on space limited application.

Wilwood’s new GS Compact Integral Master Cylinders are an all new rebuildable design featuring a high pressure die cast aluminum body with a protective e-coat finish. Integral cylinders feature a positive seal internal bellows cap. Internally, a refined return spring and piston assembly assures positive pressure control along with a quick and complete release.

Pedals

Floor and swing mount options. Mounts a single brake or clutch master cylinder in a forward position outside the firewall. It features a lightweight aluminum frame, with a high strength reinforced I-Beam style forged 7:1 ratio pedal arm for the swing mount, 6:1 ratio pedal arm for the floor mount. The non-skid waffled pedal pad can be laterally adjusted for driver preference or clearance as necessary.
